Kentucky Horse Shows and Show Management System are pleased to announce new features so that this year’s event can both run safely under the Covid-19 health protocols and also save competitors and staff time by adding more routine show functions that can be accomplished on computer, tablet, or phone.
Adds and scratches can now be processed on-line by visiting: https://entries.showmanagementsystem.com and creating a free Show Management System account and following the link to add/scratch. If you submitted your entries electronically, a list of your competing horses will already be populated under the Kentucky Summer Horse Show. Otherwise you can request guest access by providing an entry number and electronic signature.
When your entry’s account is ready to be checked out, management will e-mail you a link to review your statement and pay for your entry fees on-line with a credit card, or to approve filling out your open check. Any entries submitted electronically will automatically have their account statement sent to the user that submitted them. If you would like the statement to go to a different person to pay, or you entered another way, please provide your e-mail to the horse show office and request to be added as an entry contact.
Kentucky Horse Park Campground Guests
Exhibitors at any of the Kentucky Summer Shows who are staying at the Kentucky Horse Park Campground will need to have a pass for their golf carts. You can pick the pass up at the horse show office.
