Lexington, KY – August 1, 2023 – The Kentucky Horse Show is back in action with their two week long summer series at the famed Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY. With the support of their sponsors, Kentucky Horse Show plays host to nearly 10,000 horses and 5,000 competitors every year across several different shows. The expansive venue offers the complete horse show experience to both competitors and spectators with competition in six different rings, and several shopping and dining options through their great vendors! The summer series will run from July 26th – August 6th, 2023.
Tuesday marked the start of the Kentucky Summer Classic Horse Show week which saw a full slate of hunter and jumper classes as riders prepared for the week ahead. The jumpers were highlighted by the 1.35m class in Rolex Stadium while the hunters duked it out in the Stonelea Ring for the 3’6 & 3’9″ Green Hunter Incentive Stake.
